Dunton Hills Garden Village (DHGV)
Brentwood Council/Councillors appear to have ensured that their reports, since 2014 to date are economical with the truth and do not contain complete actual real facts, allegedly flawed, rigged, misleading and deliberately contain misinformation.
Currently Brentwood Council are being TOTALLY evasive, obstructive in supplying information requested regarding DHGV, even though they have the information to hand.
BELOW PROVES THAT FOR NEARLY TWO YEARS, 2015-2017 BRENTWOOD COUNCIL DID NO WORK ON DHGV, SO WHEN ANSWERING REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION ACTUALLY LIED!
CURRENTLY ONLY DOING WORK TO PASS PLANNING INSPECTORATE, will again push past any consultation period (Advise November to December) which they will ensure is limited in time and ignored.
PLEASE NOTE: For Reports
The council keep ‘Moving the Goalposts’, so that anything THEY state/say KEEPs ON CHANGING again and again deliberately so no-one can ascertain the real facts.
PLANNING ADVISED over the years and even now, that the information will be in further reports &/or the Master Plan, HOWEVER, PROVEN A TOTAL LIE, as now state:
- THERE IS NO MASTERPLAN for DHGV and are currently working on it.
- Submitted information to obtain the £528,000 grant on ideas, not complete factual information.
- Currently producing an infrastructure plan, previously was a wish list the way they now answer questions.
- Unwilling to supply the following information requested.
NOTED: In January 2018 Local Plan states 4,000 New Homes.
(i) Please advise how much land left, after they have been built, for further development.
(ii) Please advise what other land you have available as previously advised have/options over other areas including members of the same family.
- Everything stated/advised by Brentwood Council is like the proverb, ‘A rolling stone gathers no moss’, which simply means you can say/change everything all the time and deliberately not answer questions besides providing no information, EVEN THOUGH IS ALL TO HAND, DELIBERATELY BEING UNTRUTHFUL.
- The real intention is to stop anyone/resident or otherwise to have sufficient facts to object/stop the Councils Local Plan and prevent intervention, to ensure the Local Plan proceeds even if reports fabricated/manipulated besides being unethical, biased and totally misleading. Issuing deliberate misinformation and expect no-one to look into the real facts and also deliberately stifling news in the Local Press/Radio.

If one or other person requires the above and further information, please confirm that the most up to date documents will be available to review at the council offices, from the 1st October 2018.
Also at least senior planner(s) available to answer all questions which will include the above, as known to the council.
When reading the reports it becomes obvious facts have been either: manipulated, fabricated or omitted, allegedly deliberately.
With regard to the Local Development Plan not all areas have been properly considered or appears immediately discounted (Not mentioned) due to political bias, as informed Councils may amend reports!
In Brentwood’s report states ‘For Pilgrims Hatch it seems likely that a new community would be vehicle orientated, leading to significant negative effects in terms of air quality’. The same actually applies to Dunton Hills Garden Village as it would not only be totally vehicle orientated but also not have their communication links.
In this regard alone you can see how the report(s) have been manipulated.
Brentwood Council have not supplied substantiated reasoning for their inaccurate reports.
Taking Brentwood Council’s own reports into consideration (with inaccuracies amended) the Best areas in Brentwood to build developments
with actual excellent AIR QUALITY, INFRASTRUCTURE (e.g. Crossrail), job opportunities and other superb features are at: –
(i) PILGRIMS HATCH (II) SHENFIELD (III) NORTH BRENTWOOD IV) GREENFIELD SITES North of A12 & (v) URBAN EXTENSIONS.
These areas in Brentwood should be rated as ONE GOLD STAR*, after speaking to their Chief Environmental Officer!
Brentwood boast 6th in the Country for Greenbelt, has many superior areas, no great cost in developing, especially in the North of the District, plus promote to attract new businesses until it appears it comes to housing development.
The highest ethical professional standards are expected from everyone concerned, but alas this does not appear to be the case.
Is it easy to FABRICATE & MISREPRESENT REPORTS? Simple answer ‘YES’.
What does one mean by Fabrication: Make untruthful statements &/or not corresponding with fact or reality.
How can this be done one asks, Answer ‘EASY’:
(i) You employ a firm/company/organisation
(ii) You give them your instructions and tell them what you want to achieve
(iii) You only supply the information you want them to know
(iv) Ensure that do not supply information in order they can carry out the relevant checks that what you supply is accurate (helps by not advising them how to)
(v) When you receive the draft report send back with suggested amendments (may supply inaccurate information in support) and this can be done several times
(vi) Accept Final Report when backs up what you want to achieve, even if facts have been; Manipulated, Falsified or Omitted.
a) No NEW Train Station ever really considered or envisaged.
b) BRENTWOOD REPORTS: ( just 5 examples – You decide if reports FABRICATED on these points alone)!
(i) No comment regarding Major Gas PIPE-LINE and how will be dealt with to ensure never any problems. NOT ONLY should Brentwood Council state they have done ALL relevant research but ALSO confirm they are absolutely positive that any development will be perfectly SAFE & RISK FREE, though will not give this assurance.
(ii) AIR QUALITY:
When you read their reports they give the impression that the best area for development is DUNTON HILLS GARDEN VILLAGE (Previously Dunton Garden Suburb) as places like ‘PILGRIMS HATCH’ are the worst. This has proven to be TOTALLY FALSE as their CHIEF ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER has stated, ‘No problems with air quality at ‘PILGRIMS HATCH’, in fact appears the best area for 2,300 New Homes (as put forward in one of their reports, when accurately amended)! Other areas also great.
(iii) Omitted any reference to superb Greenfield Sites and other areas North of A12.
(iv) Infrastructure List what people want to read about but have little or no intention of providing in the foreseeable future. Knowing what maybe provided will be totally insufficient.
(v) Know area is a critical drainage area which has a Major Gas Pipeline and not suitable for development which they describe as fenland, likely to flood but then leave problem for developers, residents and water authorities. Brentwood Council do state, ‘They will provide water features’!
Also state likely water and soil contamination.
THOSE WHO ARE INSTRUCTED TO COMPLETE REPORTS
The people who complete the reports on the council’s behalf normally include a disclaimer, either same as or similar to the following: Report ‘based on the conditions encountered and the information available during the said period of time. The scope of this Report and the services are accordingly factually limited by these circumstances’.
Then further disclaimer(s) as appropriate.
Therefore, ALL information provided may not have been verified, not necessarily accurate depending on information supplied and some information omitted as not supplied.
Also information on the best site(s) to develop probably not supplied, so the outcome of the report(s) supports the council’s decisions, whether or not the best areas to develop for housing.
